Speaking at the Deputy Commissioner’s office premises during the padayatra from Keragodu village to Mandya, he warned that the Congress government has taken a matter which could have been settled peacefully and committed atrocities on innocent people.

He demanded that false documents have been created, a comprehensive investigation should be conducted, action should be taken against those who have committed atrocities on innocent people, and the prohibitory order issued under Section 144 should be withdrawn. He warned the government that if the people revolt, no police will be able to provide protection.
