To deposit the drought relief money given to the farmers by the government, it is mandatory for the farmers to register in the FRUITS ID and upload the details of the land, said the Deputy Commissioner Dr Kumar.
He addressed a meeting of officials on Monday.
100 percent achievement in registration should be achieved in four days. There are 16,11,337 plots in the district and 12,11,626 plots have been registered, which is 75.2 percent achievement. Once the drought relief funds are released, payment work will begin. Registration is difficult at this time. He said that the officials should take extra care and upload the plot details of the farmers within four days and achieve 100 percent success.
Farmers have been told several times to register on FRUITS ID and upload their details. Even so 399711 plots are not registered. Farmers should also take care of this and contact their village agriculture and revenue department officials and get registered within 4 days, he said.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr. HL Nagaraju, Joint Director of Agriculture Ashoka, Deputy Director of Horticulture Rupashree, Tahsildar and other officials were present in the meeting.
