A tragic incident unfolded in Khuzdar city, Balochistan, as a police officer lost his life in a blast on Sunday. The victim, identified as Murad Jamot, served as the Station House Officer (SHO) of the Counter Terrorism Department in Khuzdar, according to SHO Abdullah Pindrani. The blast was caused by a magnetic bomb strategically placed under Jamot’s vehicle, Pindrani stated. Following the incident, Balochistan Caretaker Chief Minister Ali Mardan Khan Domki has ordered a thorough investigation into the attack. Condemning the blast, PPP chairman and former minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari expressed heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased officer.
