The Hanagal Tehsildar office is now implementing E-Governance to streamline file processing, enhance transparency, and provide improved administration services. This initiative aims to ensure that information about the handling of public applications is readily available and reduce the need for people to physically visit government offices. Inaugurating the E-Governance office at the Tehsildar’s office, MLA Srinivasa Mane highlighted the state government’s commitment to delivering efficient governance by leveraging information and communication technology. The government is dedicated to active E-Governance implementation under the leadership of Revenue Minister Krishnabhair Gowda. E-Governance will use specialized software to facilitate efficient governance, increasing the speed and accuracy of government administration. This initiative seeks to harness the power of information and technology to better serve the public. Savanur Deputy Divisional Officer Mahmud Khizar emphasized that E-Governance is designed to enhance government administration by providing accurate and swift information to the public. The implementation of E-Governance in Hanagal will contribute to more effective and accessible governance. Tehsildar Ravikumar Koravara, Taluk Panchayat EO Devaraja, Assistant Director of Social Welfare Department G.B. Hiremath, Taluk Welfare Officer of Backward Classes Department S. Ananda, and officials from various government departments were present at the inauguration.
