State award winning actor Jayasurya will be headlining an upcoming film titled ‘Writer’. The makers of the movie have unveiled a title poster of the film via social media. Ravisankar, who has crafted the additional script for Mammootty’s ambitious upcoming film ‘Bheeshma Parvam’, is turning into an independent director with ‘Writer’.
The titled poster features an official document file of Government of Kerala and one can also see two contradictory elemets, a few amulets (which is said to be bringing protection), and a lizard fallen on it (which is often believed as bad luck) on it.
Jayasurya launched the title poster of the film on social media and captioned, “Looking forward to ‘Writer’, spearheaded by Ravishankar and bankrolled by Akhil and Ashik. Wishing the new director and producers the best! .”
Directed by Ravisankar, ‘Writer’ is scripted by Shahi Kabir. Nimish Ravi, who has wielded the camera for Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘Kurup’ has roped in as the Director of Photography. Kiran Das is the editor. Yakzan and Neha will be composing the music, while the sound design is handled by Ranganaath Ravee. The costume is handled by Sameera Saneesh. The production design is done by Dileep Nath, while Ronex Xavier is the makeup man.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, Jayasurya has some exciting projects lined up including ‘Aadu 3’, ‘Eesho’, ‘Kathanar The Wild Sorcerer 3D’, and ‘John Luther’ among others.
