Former Chief Minister Yediyurappa is like Modi for the country. Former MLA MP Renukacharya attacked his own partymen, saying that after the damage done to the party, they are now talking about Yediyurappa’s leadership. Speaking to media persons after visiting former MLA Gurusiddanagouda, he said, it was Yediyurappa who built the BJP in the state, organised from the booth level and built the party, he said.

Yediyurappa is a leader who took all communities together. BJP then systematically brought down Yediyurappa. But no notice was issued to those who spoke against Yediyurappa. After doing a lot of damage to the party, BJP is now talking about Yediyurappa. There is no leaf that the goat has not touched, there is no village that Yediyurappa has not seen. Yediyurappa had gone to every village and organised the party. His negligence during the assembly elections,  is the reason for the party’s defeat. Those who could not win in the Gram Panchayat took charge of the party. Now they are calling Yediyurappa  leadership to get votes, Renukacharya said.

I am a ticket aspirant for the Lok Sabha elections. Renukacharya said that he will wait and see about the ticket and if he does not get the ticket, he will take a decision after taking the opinion of the party workers.

Renukacharya visited the house of former MLA Gurusiddanagouda, who was expelled from the party on charges of anti-party activities during the assembly elections. My fight is not to sword against anyone.  I will also meet Madal Virupakshappa tomorrow. The noose hangs over me, I am not afraid of anything. The notice will not be replied to. Renukacharya demanded that action should be taken first against those who have spoken against Yediyurappa.
