Kasin Kumar faces four murder cases in Sri Lanka, while Amila Nuwan is implicated in five murder cases, and Ranga Prasad is linked to assault and murder cases. The police operation resulted in the seizure of several items from the arrested individuals, including 13 mobile phones, various visiting cards from Sri Lanka, bus tickets, newspaper clippings, copies of rental agreements, Aadhaar cards, and photocopies of election identity cards. The arrested individuals are facing serious charges, including violations under the Foreign Act of 1947, and sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) such as 109 (abetment), 120B (criminal conspiracy), and 212 (harboring an offender).
