26 Crore Grant Released For Development Of BC Road Railway Station, Nalin Kumar Kateel

Through the Amrit Bharat scheme,  a grant of Rs 26.18 crore has been released for the development of BC Road Railway Station. MP, BJP State President Nalin Kumar Katelu said that the work will be started soon to make the road railway station well-equipped and attractive.   He spoke to the media while visiting and inspecting the road railway station. 

As per our demand, the grant has been sanctioned to develop three railway stations in the district. In this, the foundation stone has already been completed for the development work at the Mangaluru railway station. 26.18 crore for the development of this railway station at Bantwal. The grant is released by the central government. He said that the master plan has also been prepared. There is a demand for Vande Bharat train in the district and I have requested the Railway Minister that the train up to Puttur should be extended to Subrahmanya. He said that the government is committed to the complete development of railways. Construction of a roof to prevent rain water from falling during monsoons, construction of two well-equipped platforms, well-equipped building, Wi-Fi, parking, park, road, toilet, canteen will be comprehensively developed, Deputy Chief of Railway Department said. Engineer Ramasubbaiah Reddy gave the details. On this occasion, MLA Rajesh Nayka, former MLAs Rukmaya Pujari, K. Padmanabha Kottari were present.
