Everyone already knows what will happen if our society is harmed. In a veiled attack on the BJP, Congress MLC and former Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar said the Banajiga community has given a befitting reply to those who have done injustice to him. Jagadish Shettar was speaking after lighting a lamp at the Banajiga convention.
The Banajiga community is a self-respecting society. Everyone knows what will happen if our society is harmed. The people of the state know how the community has given an answer to those who have done injustice. They are now touching wherever they want. You have given a message that the entire society is with Jagadish Shettar.
There is some problem in the Banajiga Welfare Association. We will solve all those problems. Our society is taking all sections into confidence. The goal of all the sub-sects of Lingayats should be that we are all Lingayats.
When I was the CM, I had informed all the district collectors about 2A and cleared the confusion. He suggested that from now on, social activists should give more importance to education. Minister B Nagendra, who is in-charge of Scheduled Tribes Welfare and Youth Empowerment, Sports and District in-charge, said that Banajiga Samaja has continued the legacy of the past. He said that if their society is hurt, everyone will fight unitedly.
Jagadish Shettar has not come to our party alone. They have brought all the leaders. He has a big contribution to our party. He said he would resolve the 2A issue of his Banajiga community at the earliest. He also said that he will deposit Rs 5 lakh in the bank account.
