A tragic incident unfolded in Hulimavu where 23-year-old Vandana was found hanging in her home. Married for three years and a mother to a tiny three-month-old, her sudden death has sparked outrage. Vandana’s parents allege that her husband, Vikramshesha, and his relatives relentlessly harassed her for dowry despite repeated counseling. After receiving a distressing call from her husband, the family rushed to help, but it was too late. Police have registered a dowry harassment case against the in-laws.
