The BCCI may reportedly take action against the match referee following the controversy involving Rajasthan Royals captain Riyan Parag vaping inside the dressing room during the IPL clash against Punjab Kings in Mullanpur. According to BCCI sources, there is no direct provision in the current rule book to penalise a player specifically for smoking or vaping during a match. However, officials are examining how a banned e-cigarette entered the dressing room without detection.
