Tamil film ‘Mask’, directed by Vikarnan Ashok and starring Kavin in the lead role, is set to release worldwide on November 21, 2025, the makers announced on Friday. Actress Andrea Jeremiah, who also produces the film, shared the news on her social media, asking fans to mark their calendars for the release.
Kavin, excited about the project, posted on his X account, writing “November 21 Unmasking #Mask” and expressed enthusiasm for the team behind the film. Reports indicate that Andrea Jeremiah will play the antagonist in Mask, marking her second time in such a role after Vada Chennai.
The film is described as an explosive action entertainer, showcasing a new side of Kavin in his career. Recent posters sparked speculation about director Vetrimaaran appearing in the film, but the first single confirmed his role as a mentor for the cast and crew rather than appearing on screen.
Music for the film is composed by National Award-winning G. V. Prakash, while R. D. Rajashekar handles cinematography. Editing is by Ramar, and art direction is by Jacki and Vijay Iyyappan.
Mask is jointly produced by Andrea Jeremiah and S. P. Chockalingam, and will be presented by Vetrimaaran’s Grassroot Film Company.
