Royal China brings Cantonese dining to Bengaluru

Royal China, the celebrity-favourite Cantonese fine dining brand, has launched its newest outlet in Bengaluru, further extending its legacy across India. Since its debut in London and expansion to India in 2003, Royal China has aimed to make authentic Cantonese cuisine widely accessible. Two decades later, it has grown into a celebrated brand with a loyal following in multiple cities.

The Bengaluru outlet offers an elevated dining experiencee, combining exquisite food with a refined beverage programme. Guests can enjoy fine wines, premium spirits, and signature cocktails like the Lychee Martini and Oriental Passion, alongside refreshing options such as the Green Dragon and Jasmine Tea Cooler, designed to complement the cuisine.

Interiors by Ganesh Madasamy of Aston Design draw inspiration from the myth of the phoenix, symbolizing rebirth, and incorporate Bengaluru’s identity as the Garden City. Bamboo-inspired chandeliers, soaring private dining walls, flowing ceiling details, and a palette of gold, amber, and deep blue evoke a sense of understated luxury. The restaurant accommodates 160 guests across intimate booths, private rooms, a main dining hall, and a semi-al fresco section, catering to intimate dinners and celebratory gatherings alike.

Faiz Rezwan, Executive Director of Prestige Group and head of Royal China Bengaluru, said the city’s adventurous and tradition-appreciating diners align perfectly with Royal China’s ethos. Co-founder Fajr Qureshi added that the goal is to deliver an experience that feels international yet rooted in heritage. From London to Mumbai and now Bengaluru, Royal China continues to define Cantonese fine dining in India, proving that authentic culinary tradition never goes out of style.
