The Yuvakaart Acting Song organization has announced a grand felicitation program, ‘Naresh Abhinandane’, to honor renowned actor and social worker T.A. Naresh Kumar for his remarkable contributions to cinema and social welfare. The event is scheduled for Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 5 p.m. at Gandhi Bhavan Grounds, Shivamogga.
A native of Shivamogga, Naresh Kumar has carved a niche as a versatile personality in acting, cultural initiatives, and social service. Over the years, he has actively supported several projects across Karnataka, including youth welfare programs, rural development schemes, and cultural promotion activities. In recognition of his dedication, community leaders and cultural organizations have come together to celebrate his achievements.
The felicitation ceremony will be presided over by Sri Sri Eshwaranandapuri Swamiji of Kaginele Kanaka Guru Peetha, while the chief guest for the evening will be MLA T.A. Naresh Kumar. The award will be presented by Sri Vishweshwar Bhatt, Editor of Vishwavani newspaper. Distinguished dignitaries expected to attend include Sri S. Rudregowda, Sri C.N. Ashwath Narayan, and Sri Umashree Jayaram, who will extend their greetings and felicitations.
The event will also feature cultural performances by Sri Uma Deepa Srikanta and her troupe, adding vibrancy to the celebrations.
