E-Hundi App Launched To Donate To Dargahs, Mosques Of Waqf Department

The government has now implemented the e-hundi service to collect the donation money of the devotees in the Muslim dargahs and mosques. Housing and Minority Welfare Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan launched this service. Housing and Minority Welfare Minister Jamir Ahmed launched the new app in the board meeting held at the conference hall of the Karnataka Minority Development Corporation. The app has been prepared to ensure that the donations and donations given by the community to Dargahs and Mosques are not misused and are used for the specified purpose. First, he said that this Hundi system will be implemented in Hazrat Tawakkal Mastan Shah Dargah in Bangalore. In the coming days, 3131 dargahs and 10,398 mosques will also be implemented under the purview of Waqf. He informed that the community can make donation and donation through phone pay, google pay at any time. He said that special attention will be paid to the heavy encroachment of Waqf Board properties across the state and the removal of illegal encroachments. Many cases are in court and some will be discussed with the Advocate General to settle them out of court. He said that the Waqf property Adalat will be held after the budget. Waqf properties have been encroached by some government departments and will be vacated with attention. Action will be taken against the encroachment of private persons. He instructed the officials to provide a list of the total property encroachment including government and private and the cases in the court. The lowest rent fixed for Windsor Manor Hotel space is Rs 2 crore as per the market rate.
