Suspicious Death Of SI’s Wife: Accused Of Murder Against Husband

A sub-inspector of the city has been accused of harassing and murdering his wife. The deceased woman has been identified as Shilpa (33). Shilpa’s parents have accused the woman’s husband Ramesh of murder. It has also been alleged that he was constantly harassing his wife. Ramesh and Shilpa were in love for ten years. He was in a living together relationship for the last five to six years. But he used to escape saying that he wanted to get married. Later, without hesitation, Shilpa married Ramesh in the presence of the police. After marriage, his family did not agree and he made a separate house for his wife. But there was no financial support for life. The woman’s parents have complained that he repeatedly used caste abuse and harassed her saying, you are preventing her from marrying her elder sister’s daughter, so leave the house. On Friday night, Shilpa had spoken to her family on the phone and said that she needed money for expenses. But this morning the owner of the house was not opening the door and informed the family. The body was rushed to the hospital before the family arrived. Shilpa’s family has demanded that a proper investigation be conducted and justice be served.
