Job Fair At Air Force Station Jalahalli For Retired Armed Forces Personnel On 21 Mar 23

Directorate General of Resettlement, Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, will be organizing an Employment Seminar/ Job Fair under aegis Ministry of Defence through HQTC, IAF in collaboration with Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) at Air Force Station Jalahalli on 21 March 2023. The Seminar is aimed to provide appropriate placement opportunities to retiring and retired Armed Force personnel besides bringing Ex-servicemen and employers/job providers on a single platform. Veteran of the tri-services at age group of 37 to 57 years are eligible to participate.
Approximately 50 corporates and close to 2000 veterans are expected to participate in the seminar. Representatives of DGR, Directorate of Indian Army Veterans (DIAV). Department of Ex-Servicemen Affairs (DESA) of Indian Navy and Directorate of Air veterans (DAV), placement agencies of three services, HQTC IAF and Director Resettlement Zone-(DRZ(S)) will also play their part in the seminar. Seminar would go a long way in providing suitable avenues of placement to the veterans in the corporate sector as part of their second career options for appointments ranging from senior supervisors, mid/senior level managers to strategic planners and project directors.
