Kettyolaanu Ente Malakha fame director Nissam Basheer is ready to shoot his next film. The movie, starring Mammootty, will go on floors in a few days in Chalakkudy, in Thrissur. Iblis fame Sameer Abdul is the scriptwriter of the film.
Nissam tells us more, “The film is a thriller and we also have Grace Antony, Sharafudheen, Jagadish, Kottayam Naseer and Bindu Panicker in major roles. We will be shooting in Kochi in a while. Being a thriller, I can’t reveal anything more about their characters at the moment. We haven’t titled it yet either.”
About doing his first film with Mammootty, Nissam says, “Soon after we had the idea for this screenplay, we were certain that Mammukka would be apt for this role.” Interestingly, the megastar had not watched Nissam’s earlier film. “Regardless, we could present the story to him with ease and he liked it,” he says. The film’s music is by Midhun Mukundan and cinematography is by Ananthakrishnan.
