Villagers, particularly from C.N. Hosur, have urged authorities to conduct an immediate inspection of the site and take necessary action to address the issue. According to locals, the hot mix plant was established around eight months ago, and protests were held at the time of its opening. However, despite opposition, the plant continues to operate, raising concerns about environmental and public health safety. Residents highlighted the close proximity of the plant to residential and public spaces. Housing plots are located approximately 392 meters to the northeast of the facility, while C.N. Hosur village lies about 402 meters to the west. A government school is situated just 671 meters away, and Muttur village is about 722 meters from the site.
