Infosys posts ₹6,506Cr profit in Q2 FY25, declares ₹21 dividend

Infosys Limited announced a net profit of ₹6,506 crore for Q2 FY25, reflecting a 2.2% increase from the previous quarter’s ₹6,368 crore. The company’s revenue grew by 4.2% quarter-on-quarter, reaching ₹40,986 crore. As a result of this performance, Infosys raised its full-year revenue growth forecast to between 3.75% and 4.5%, up from the earlier guidance of 3% to 4%. The company declared an interim dividend of ₹21 per share, with October 29 set as the record date and November 8 as the payout date. In FY24, Infosys distributed a final dividend of ₹20 per share, a special dividend of ₹8, and an interim dividend of ₹18. CEO Salil Parekh highlighted strong growth in financial services and noted that large deals worth $2.4 billion in Q2 underscore the company’s leadership in the market. Additionally, Infosys will grant 22,880 Restricted Stock Units to eligible employees starting November 1.
