It is known that director VigneshShivan will be helming Ajith’s 62nd film, which will go on floors this year itself. The film, which is tentatively called as ‘AK62’, will have music by Anirudh, who has earlier worked in Ajith-starrer ‘Vedalam’ and ‘Vivegam’. Meanwhile there has been buzz doing the rounds that actor Vijay Sethupathi might be playing the villain, just like he did in Vijay-starrer ‘Master’.
While these reports have been doing the rounds due to the friendship shared between Vijay Sethupathi and VigneshShivan, the former has clarified that he is not part of the Ajith-starrer. In a recent interview, actor Vijay Sethupathi responded to a fans question saying that he himself had asked VigenshShivan if he has any such plans, after reading media reports. But looks like the young director has denied about casting him as a villain and also saying the Vijay Sethupathi is always his hero.
The two have worked together in two films, ‘NaanumRowdydhaan’ and ‘KaathuvaakulaRenduKaadhal’, in both of which Vijay Sethupathi plays the lead hero.
Meanwhile, actor Ajith had planned a road trip in Europe after wrapping up #AK61 with Vinoth, their third film together. ‘AK62’ with VigneshShivan will go on floors by the end of this year, as soon as Ajith completes his 61st film with Vinoth, their third film together.
