In a startling update to the murder investigation of pharmaceutical executive Renukaswamy, Bengaluru Police have filed a chargesheet revealing significant new details. According to the document, Pavithra Gowda, allegedly connected to disgraced Kannada actor Darshan, was involved in the crime and visited a beauty salon the morning after the murder.
The chargesheet alleges that Pavithra Gowda and Darshan confronted Renukaswamy over explicit messages and obscene pictures he had sent. During the confrontation, Gowda reportedly slapped and kicked Renukaswamy, who was pleading for his life. The document indicates that Gowda played a role in instigating the violence and left Renukaswamy in a vulnerable state.
Following the crime, Gowda, who is a single mother and aspiring actress, was seen maintaining normalcy by visiting a beauty spa the next day. However, she was later arrested and is now considered the primary suspect in planning and participating in the murder.
Gowda, known for her association with Darshan, reportedly had ongoing disputes with his wife, Vijayalaxmi, related to luxury items and public appearances. It is believed that Renukaswamy, a fan of Darshan, may have exacerbated these tensions, leading to his violent death.
