To address this, Hubli Electricity Supply Company (HESCOM) has opened a WhatsApp helpline.

Residents can share photos and videos of electrical problems through this helpline. This helps HESCOM understand the seriousness of the issues and prepare to start work immediately. Sharing visual evidence of problems on WhatsApp will aid in efficient operations.

HESCOM has also set up a 24×7 centralized customer service center at its corporate headquarters. This center handles the registration and prompt redressal of customer complaints and ensures proper monitoring. Electricity consumers covered by HESCOM can call the helpline at 1912 free of charge for their electricity-related complaints.
