At least four individuals were killed when a vehicle overturned on a district road linking Samangan with Balkh province in northern Afghanistan’s Samangan province, according to source on Thursday. The incident occurred due to over speeding, causing the vehicle to veer off the road and overturn. Four people died instantly, while one sustained injuries, as reported by source, a provincial traffic official.
