Dhanush’s film ‘Captain Miller’, which premiered during the  Pongal festival, garnered significant box office success and critical acclaim. Directed by Arun Matheswaran, this period action drama received praise for its storyline and performances. ‘Captain Miller’ achieved another milestone by winning the Best Foreign Language Film award at the prestigious UK National Film Awards.

Competing against seven other global nominees in its category, ‘Captain Miller’ emerged victorious, marking a significant achievement for Dhanush and the film’s team.
