Raghav Juyal, who is earning accolades for his villainous role in the action-packed film ‘Kill’, shared his experience of filming intense action scenes post-knee surgery. Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat and produced by Karan Johar, ‘Kill’ features Lakshya as the protagonist and Raghav Juyal as the antagonist. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in 2023.

Before filming began, Raghav underwent major knee surgery and was advised by doctors to rest for six months. Despite this, he took on the challenge to showcase his versatility and dedication as an actor.

Reflecting on his journey, Raghav said, When I was offered the role of the villain in ‘Kill,’ I saw it as a chance to push my boundaries and grow as an actor. Despite my doctors’ advice to rest, I couldn’t miss this opportunity. I knew it would be tough, but I was determined to overcome any obstacle. The on-set medical team ensured my safety and well-being throughout the shoot. Each high-adrenaline action scene was a testament to their expertise and my dedication. This experience has taught me the true meaning of perseverance and deepened my love for filmmaking. I hope my journey inspires others to never give up, no matter the odds.

The film, which also featured at the Tribeca Film Festival, follows army commando Amrit (played by Lakshya) as he races against time and armed adversaries on a New Delhi-bound train to save his beloved Tulika (portrayed by Tanya Maniktala).
