Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde declared on Saturday that the government will persist with its bulldozer operations until all cities in the state are free from drugs. The bulldozer operations will continue until our cities are rid of drugs. Anyone involved in selling drugs in the state will face consequences, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde emphasized.

He emphasized that action is being taken against drug sellers, possessors, and establishments like hotels where drugs are traded, which harm the younger generation not only in Pune but also across other cities.

Those involved in selling drugs, whether in Thane, Nashik, or elsewhere in the state, will face consequences. The police, district collectors, and municipal commissioners are actively dismantling drug networks, the Chief Minister affirmed.

He stressed that the size or identity of drug suppliers would not shield them from accountability.

We will not allow them to destroy our youth. This bulldozing operation will persist, the Chief Minister asserted.
