Inaugurating Prajadhwani-2 for Mandya Lok Sabha candidate Venkataramanegowda, Siddaramaiah expressed confidence in Congress’s success in K.R. Pete constituency. He criticized BJP and JDS for the injustices against the Vokkaliga community. Reflecting on his relationship with KR Pete Krishna, Siddaramaiah recounted his recommendation for the speakership, acknowledging Krishna’s dedication to public welfare.

Challenging Modi to fulfill promises, Siddaramaiah criticized BJP’s emotional manipulation and accused Modi of neglecting Karnataka during crises. He challenged Deve Gowda to rectify the injustices inflicted by Modi, including obtaining permission for the Mekedatu project. Siddaramaiah highlighted the lack of drought relief for Karnataka farmers from the Centre and urged action from Modi. He questioned whether failing to address these issues would betray the people of the state.
