The Rural Police have succeeded in arresting the three accused of murder in connection with the case where a man was found dead in a small garden near Lotus Bar in Tarihala on the outskirts of the city.
Shanmukhappa Hadapada of Ingagi village of Kundagola taluk was murdered by Praveen Kubihala (25), Hanumanta Malagimani (25) and Sahadeva Noolvi (24) in connection with the issue of consuming liquor on the night of April 7. One two-wheeler and four mobiles were used by the accused have been seized by the Police. The three accused have been handed over to judicial custody and a case has been registered in this regard at the Hubli Rural Police Station.
The investigation was carried out under the guidance of Police Commissioner Dr Gopal Bakoda, ACP NV Bharamani, Rural DySP Shivananda Katagi Bharamani. The team consisted of Rural Police Inspector Muragesha Channannavara, Police Sub-Inspectors Sachina Alamelakar, Abhijith, ASI NM Honnappanavara, Narayana Hireholli and staff members AA Kakara, Channappa Ballolli, CB Janangannavara, Nagappa Sanshi, YD Kumbara, Nagaya Manika, Premanath and technical staff Arif Golandaja, Vitthal have succeeded in cracking the case.A reward has been announced for the members of the Special Investigation Team who cracked the case.
