The leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is being appreciated nationwide, with a pro-Modi atmosphere prevailing across the country. It is stated that Modi’s intention is for the NDA to secure more than 400 seats, as mentioned by BJP State President and MLA BY Vijayendra during a party joining program at the BJP office in Malleswaram. At the event, several notable figures, including Mandya MP Sumalatha Ambarish, former Koppal Constituency MP S Shivaramegowda, and Minister Shivananda Patil’s family member Harsha Gowda Shivsharan Patil, joined the BJP.
Sumalatha Ambarish’s decision to join BJP is attributed to her concern for the safety and development of the country. It is noted that she will be warmly welcomed into the party. Additionally, it is acknowledged that Sumalatha holds significant influence in Mandya district, contributing to the strength of the entire state. Similarly, S Shivaramegowda’s influence extends beyond Koppal district to neighboring areas, making his joining significant.
Several prominent leaders, including former Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa and State Election In-charge Radhamodas Agrawal, were present at the event. The gathering also included Leader of Opposition R Ashoka, former Chief Minister DV Sadananda Gowda, and former BJP National General Secretary CT Ravi, among others. The event signifies a growing support base for BJP, with influential figures from various districts joining the party, bolstering its prospects in the upcoming elections.
