The excitement of the Lok Sabha elections has risen in the country. Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje said that it is possible that the Election Commission will announce the Lok Sabha elections soon.

When she arrived to participate in the programme of Krishi Vigyan Kendra in Hitnalli, on the outskirts of the city, she said, ours is a big democratic election. The right to vote has been given to all classes. Narendra Modi becomes Prime Minister for the third time. Our aim and slogan is to win more than 400 constituencies, she said.

Talking about the Goback Shobha issue in Udupi-Chikkamagaluru constituency, of course there is confusion in the field. So there is a demand for a constituency where whoever is given a ticket will win. The people of Udupi-Chikkamagaluru constituency have made me win twice. I have done dozens of development works in the constituency. Ticket aspirants from outside are doing this. I am not disturbed. Activists are also undeterred. It is not wrong for someone else to ask for a ticket, but, it is not right to insult, said Shobha Karandlaje.

Commenting on the issue of competition from Bangalore North Constituency, she said, I don’t know, I will fight and win wherever I am given a ticket.

Talking about the allegations of anti-party activities in some constituencies in the last assembly elections, Shobha Karandlaje said, I have not committed any betrayal.
