Chaitanya Rao’s film Sharathulu Varthisthai has completed the censor process and obtained a Clean U certificate. Starring young actors Chaitanya Rao and Bhoomi Shetty, the movie is directed by Kumaraswamy (Akshara) and produced by various producers under Star Light Studios. It is scheduled for theatrical release on the 15th of this month.
Director Kumaraswamy received praise for instilling great humanitarian values into the film. Interestingly, as a member of the Censor Board himself, Kumaraswamy was unaware that his fellow board members were reviewing his film. He later expressed his happiness at such positive feedback from within the board.
The censor team commended the film for its portrayal of humane values, contrasting it with recent trends of excessive alcohol scenes and carelessness in Telangana cinema. They recommended Sharathulu Varthisthai to everyone for its unique content focusing on human relationships within the backdrop of Telangana.
The teaser, trailer, and songs from the film have garnered positive responses, with the song Panjala Gunjala Pelli Pantri gaining popularity at wedding ceremonies across Telangana. The appreciation from the Censor Board has boosted the confidence of the film’s team regarding its success.
