Bikanervala has announced a strategic partnership with The Montana Group from Punjab to accelerate its expansion efforts in both domestic and international markets. This collaboration signifies a significant milestone in Bikanervala’s expansion strategy and aims to connect with a broader audience. The CEO of The Montana Group, Manoj Madhukar, expressed privilege in working with the iconic brand of India and affirmed the team’s commitment to making Bikanervala a global leader in the coming years. Bikanervala, originating as a small sweet shop in Bikaner, Rajasthan, in 1905, has evolved over the years to include restaurants and snack businesses in its portfolio. Currently, the brand operates 175 sweet shop-cum-restaurant outlets across India and international markets such as the UAE, the US, Singapore, New Zealand, and Nepal. Suresh Kumar, CEO of Bikanervala, shared insights into the current operations and outlined expansion plans in both the domestic and international markets. In the domestic market, the focus areas include Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir (Northern part), Tamil Nadu, Karnataka (Southern part), and Maharashtra (Western part). Internationally, the key markets for expansion are the US, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
