BWSSB Hosts Water Adalath To Address Public Grievances

The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) is set to conduct a series of Water Adalaths on Thursday, November 23, 2023, across various subdivisions aimed at resolving grievances related to water billing, delays in water supply, sanitary connections, conversions from domestic to non-domestic connections, and other pertinent issues. The Adalath will take place in the following subdivisions: South East-3, South East-6, West-1, West-3, North West-5, North-2, South-1, South-3, South West-3, South West-6, East-2, East-4 Running from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, the Adalath aims to provide a platform for residents to address their concerns directly. For any water supply-related issues, the public can reach out to the 24×7 call center helpline at 1916. Additionally, complaints can be lodged via WhatsApp at 8762228888. The Adalath encourages citizens to utilize these channels for grievance redressal regarding water supply. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, attendees are urged to adhere to precautionary measures outlined in the COVID-19 Re-open guidelines while participating in the Adalath. This proactive measure ensures the safety and well-being of all participants while addressing crucial concerns related to water supply.
