Meri Mati Mera Desh Amrita Kalash Yatra Concludes

A prestious campaign of Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Nehru Yuva Kendra Meri Mati Mera Desh Amrita Kalash Yatra concluded successfully in all taluks of  the district.  They will leave to Bengaluru to participate in the State-level yatra on Friday and proceed to New Delhi by special train.   Nehru Youth Center District Youth Officer Ullas said the programme on the occasion of farewell is a good opportunity for the youth of the district. A total of 34 young men/women are going from our district and will participate in the grand Amrita Kalash campaign to be held on October 30 and 31 at Dutt Path, Delhi. He said that Amrita Vatika  and Azadi Ka Amrita Mahotsav Memorial will be made in the soil of this Amrita Kalash. Dr. Nagaraja,  Environment, NSS, Program Coordinators, Kuvempu University, Bhadravati Town Municipal Council officer  Satish, Nehru Yuva Kendra Centre Accountant Ramesh, National Youth workers and othes were present.
