Janhvi Kapoor recently announced the completion of her upcoming film ‘Ulajh’ with an emotional post on Instagram. The film also stars Gulshan Devaiah and Roshan Mathew.
In ‘Ulajh,’ Janhvi Kapoor plays the role of Suhana, an IFS officer. In her Instagram caption, she shared her learnings from working on the film, emphasizing the importance of loving what you do, identifying the right reasons for doing it, and letting go of external pressures and opinions.
Janhvi expressed her gratitude to the film’s director, Sudhanshu Saria, for making her feel heard and seen during the project. She praised his resilience and enthusiasm in facing obstacles and challenges. The 26-year-old actor described her experience working on ‘Ulajh’ as healing and credited the entire team for creating a positive environment.
‘Ulajh’ is produced by Junglee Pictures and follows the journey of a young IFS officer, portrayed by Janhvi Kapoor, who becomes entangled in a dangerous personal conspiracy while posted far from her home turf at a career-defining position. The film also features Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chang, Sachin Khedekar, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi in pivotal roles. It is written by Parveez Shaikh and Sudhanshu Saria, with dialogues by Atika Chohan.
