J&K LG Provides Appointment Letters To Kin Of Deceased Civilians

In a compassionate gesture, the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, handed over appointment letters to the next of kin of three civilians who lost their lives in Shopian district in south Kashmir in July 2020. The appointment letters were presented to Shareen Akhter, a resident of Tarkassi, Kotranka, Rajouri, Mohd Arif, a resident of Dhar Sakri Kotranka, Rajouri, and Farayaz Ahmed of Kotranka, Rajouri, as a part of the compassionate appointment process. Additionally, an appointment letter under SRO-43 was provided to Neeta Devi, from Dhandal, Ramnagar, Udhampur. Neeta Devi lost her life in an IED blast in Udhampur in 2022. During the ceremony, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha interacted with the family members of the deceased civilians and assured them of all possible assistance from the administration in the future. This compassionate initiative aims to provide support and employment opportunities to the families of those who have lost their lives due to various circumstances, thereby contributing to their welfare and well-being.
