CHAMARAJANAGAR
On the background of the Government order to give turmeric, kumkum and flowers to the devotees on the occasion of Varamahalakshmi festival in the temples coming to Muzrai department of State Government. The Varamahalakshmi Cultural Sports Service Organization will be performing the pooja on August 25, through Geetha, Additional Deputy Commissioner of the District. Special worship to God will be performed and for housewives turmeric, saffron flower, bangle. Banana, blouse piece, saree distribution programme has been organised.
For this programme, Deputy Commissioner Shilpa Nag, Additional Deputy Commissioner Geetha, District Superintendent of Police Padmini Saho, Zilla Panchayat Deputy Secretary Saraswathi, Advocate Nagashree Pratap along with other officials will be invited to the event.
Chairman of the organization is G Bangaru. General Secretary B Madalambike, Members Sahana, Shwetha and others were present.
