Upon Entering Their Bill Number Or ID, Some Users Are Being Shown A Zero Bill, Rendering Them Unable To Make The Payment. As A Result, Many Are Being Compelled To Visit BESCOM Offices In Person To Settle Their Bills Offline. For Individuals Who Have Grown Accustomed To Using Mobile Apps Or Visiting BESCOM Offices To Pay Their Bills, This Situation Is Causing Inconvenience. The Lack Of Bill Collection Counters In All BESCOM Offices Is Adding To The Complexity. Finding BESCOM Offices Equipped With Bill Counters Has Become A Challenge, Further Complicating The Payment Process. Even The BESCOM Staff Themselves Seem Unsure About The Accurate Locations Of BESCOM Offices With Bill Counters, Adding A New Layer Of Frustration For Customers.
