Home Minister Dr. G Parameshwar’s failure to properly read the judgment given by the CBI court and it is the end of the Soujanya murder case shows his childishness, Stanley of the Odanadi organization has complained.
He was speaking in front of the district collector’s office in front of the city’s district collector’s office in front of the city’s district collector’s office.
The rape of a minor girl in Dharamsthala in 2012 is a rape of the entire system. It is a rape of the constitution, judicial system, law and order. So it is appropriate to reinvestigate the said case. According to a retired judge, reinvestigate the rape accused and punish them. Stanley said that it was forcefully closed. It is the duty of Police to trace the criminal. It is our insistence that the case should be re-investigated.
Some people are making baseless accusations of being anti-Hindu against the Odanadi organization which is fighting against injustice to the poor, Dalits, backward and women. We have protested against the church because the Christians have done wrong. Our struggle is secular, non-religious. On behalf of Saujanya, the masses have raised their voices for justice in the entire state. This has given more strength to our struggle. Comrade Stanley said that this struggle will not stop until the arrest of the real accused.
The mother of the victim, Kusumavathi, said that the fact that these two people are asking for justice against the injustice done to my daughter has given us the spirit to fight further. In this regard, a petition was submitted to the Chief Minister, the State Advocate General through the Deputy Commissioner.
