Poor Yatnal talks hard to make something happen. If he is made the leader of the opposition, it will be easier to speak more, Excise Minister RB Thimmapura said.

Speaking to media persons, the Minister said,  the BJP has nothing to accuse. He makes a statement like this. He hit back at the BJP’s allegation that none of the Congress MLAs were happy. In the BJP, the MLAs may not have created a ruckus, they may be saying it. Not about our MLAs. In a democracy, there is inner democracy. Shouldn’t democracy be inside? Shouldn’t the MLAs speak? They listen, they say, they appeal. We will discuss it and fix it, he said.

Reacting to the BJP’s claim that some Congress MLAs are in touch with us, he said, people have brought them down saying they don’t want you. Yet still the lust for power has gone astray or taken a long path. Let’s get money there and buy them. But this time it will not happen.

To a question on whether the contract arrow has turned out to be a setback for the Congress, he said, The contractor has not been paid and have been left pending by the BJP. We will do the work of fixing it. A bill that has not been paid for 3 years cannot be paid immediately. Those who have done the right job will get the right money. Those who have done poor work will not get money. Some contractors are in a dilemma and some contractors are worried, he said.
