The Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports has invited applications from eligible sportspersons for various awards, incentives and scholarships for 2026-27. Athletes can apply for Eklavya Award, Lifetime Achievement Award, Karnataka Sports Gem Award, Sports Patron Award and cash prizes. Applications are also open for sports scholarships and Olympic medal support schemes. Interested players must submit forms online through Sevasindhu by July 31. Officials advised athletes to apply early and avoid delays.
