The Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited will carry out emergency maintenance at the 110 KV UAS power station in Dharwad on June 13, causing power cuts in several areas from 10 am to 5 pm. Residents in Yettinagudda, Kumareshwar Nagar, Saidapur and surrounding localities will experience disruption during this period. Officials said the maintenance is necessary and power will be restored after works are completed. HESCOM has requested consumers to cooperate and avoid panic as supply will be temporarily suspended in multiple colonies and industrial areas across the taluk.
