After 32 years of dedicated service, senior Karnataka Education Service officer Prabhayya Kallayya Chikkamat is officially retiring. Chikkamat, a respected 1999-batch officer, climbed the ranks from a humble high school headmaster to a city lecturer and field education officer. His career has left a lasting impact on local schools. To honor his lifelong dedication, the School Education Department and local teacher groups are hosting a grand farewell ceremony. The community event will take place at the DIET Deputy Chennabasappa Samavesha Bhavan to celebrate his inspiring journey.
