The first look poster of the upcoming Tamil film Parimala & Co has been officially released, creating excitement among cinema fans. Director Pandiraaj shared the poster on his X account and described the project as coming from my heart to your home. The film marks his 12th directorial venture.
Pandiraaj recently received appreciation for his earlier film Thalaivan Thalaivi starring Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen. With Parimala & Co, the director is returning with a story that combines family emotions, thriller elements and comedy moments.
According to industry sources, the film focuses on a family and the different personalities within it. The story reportedly begins in Chennai and later moves to Coimbatore and Palacode as the events unfold. The narrative explores the struggles and relationships shared among the family members.
Veteran actors Jayaram and Urvashi play the lead roles in the movie. Actors Santhosh Sobhan and Sanchana Krishnamoorthy also appear in important characters.
Comedian Sandy and actress Ananthika Sanilkumar are paired together in the film, while popular comedian Yogi Babu plays an extended role throughout the story. Filmmaker Mysskin will also appear as a police officer.
The film is jointly produced by Lyca Productions, Tamilkumaran Productions and Pasanga Productions. Shooting has been completed and post-production work is progressing quickly before its theatrical release soon.
