The District Level Best Service Award 2024 ceremony was held at the District Administration Building auditorium in Koppal on April 30. The awards recognised government employees for their outstanding service in delivering public facilities efficiently.
Among the awardees were Basappa Maranabasari, S. Gandhadha, Dharmappa Chaudhary, Ravi G., Dr. Ravindranath M.H., Mahmud Mohinul Hasan, Venkatesh Desai, Ravi Kumar B. Nayakwadi, and Prashanth Hiremath. They were honoured for their dedication in departments such as health, agriculture, social welfare, and administration.
District officials including District Commissioner Dr. Suresh B. Itnal, Zilla Panchayat CEO Varnit Negi, and Chairman Reddy Srinivas presented the awards during the programme.
Leaders of the Karnataka State Government Employees Association also attended the event. Speakers appreciated the commitment of employees and said such recognition motivates staff to improve public service delivery and maintain accountability. The ceremony ended with appreciation from officials and encouragement for continued dedicated service.
