Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is scheduled to visit Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts on April 27 and 28. She will arrive at Mangaluru International Airport at 7.15 pm on April 27 and travel to Kollur for an overnight stay. On April 28, she will visit the IIJGJ campus in Udupi at 11 am. Later, she will return to Mangaluru at 2.45 pm and attend a lecture programme at NITTE Deemed to be University at 3.30 pm. The minister is also expected to interact with stakeholders during the visit. She will depart from Mangaluru Airport at 5.40 pm for Bengaluru, concluding her two-day tour of the coastal Karnataka region.
