Minister of Women and Child Development Lakshmi Hebbalkar congratulated Udupi district for securing second place in Karnataka SSLC results with a 98.18% pass rate. She said the coastal district has consistently shown strong academic performance and attracts students from nearby regions. She appreciated education department officials, schools, and students for their collective effort. Hebbalkar also praised state topper Pritam G Poojary of Mother Theresa Memorial School in Shankaranarayana, Kundapur, who scored a perfect 625 out of 625 marks. She wished all students a bright future and encouraged them to continue excelling in higher education. The achievement highlights Udupi’s strong educational ecosystem. The minister reiterated commitment to improving school infrastructure further.
