White topping work has been taken up on Mosque Road and MM Road, and Bengaluru North City Corporation Commissioner Pommala Sunil Kumar has instructed officials to ensure the work is completed promptly.
During his inspection of various locations in the Pulakeshinagar Division, the Commissioner reviewed ongoing development works and directed officials to complete the construction and repair of footpaths on Mosque Road and MM Road by the end of January.
Ensure Water Flow Into Shoulder Drains:
He instructed officials to create proper gradients on the road surface to allow rainwater to flow easily into the shoulder drains and to take necessary measures.
Follow Safety Measures Near Open Drains:
At several locations, drains have been left open. The Commissioner directed officials to implement adequate safety measures to ensure the public is not inconvenienced.
Joint Commissioner Mohammed Naem Momin, along with concerned Executive Engineers, Assistant Executive Engineers, and other officials, were present during the inspection.
