Hon’ble Minister Ramalinga Reddy and MLC Ramojigowda today inaugurated the renovated Halanayakanahalli Gram Panchayat building, along with a digital library, Jan Aushadhi Centre, and other development works in the Mahadevapura Assembly constituency.
The renovation and facilities were built at a cost of around ₹40 lakh, contributed by Primas Builder Lokesh.
The event was presided over by Panchayat President Savita Babureddy. On the occasion, a farewell function was also held for Panchayat Development Officer Narasimharaju, who retired from service. The president, vice-president, members, and staff together felicitated him.
Vice-President Bhagyalakshmi, members C. Venkatesh, Manjunath, H.M. Geeta, M. Shweta Suresh, Shivakumar, A. Shobha Ramesh, Anil Kumar, R. Manjunath, C. Sukanya Haribabu, and officials including PDO Narasimharaju and Secretary Sannappa participated.
Also present were Veena Ravi (President, Kodathi Gram Panchayat), M. Manjunath (Vice-President), members Narayanaswamy (Babu), Congress leader Varthur Sunil, social worker Sadashiv Reddy, AICC Secretary Kamalashi Rajanna, ASHA and Anganwadi workers, and local villagers.
